I have enjoyed the privilege of working with Phil Wik at NDC in the Intellect Corporate Data Warehouse Department at NDC. As a Lead Programmer Analyst, Phil has had performed with great professionalism in managing the accurate and timely installation of Intellect Suite system products. These products involved an understanding of PL/SQL, UNIX, and COBOL and an in-depth understanding of the health care industry.
As a manager, Phil oversaw the day-to-day activities of application developers over the full life cycle of the many projects under his ownership. These projects were installed accurately and on time and within budget.

Philip Wik has been working in the O.A.S systems analyst group on a contract basis as a senior systems analyst. His performance has been monitored under the guidelines for a senior systems analyst. Philip has primarily been assigned to do systems analysis on application defects reported by our customers and to write recommended specifications when necessary for our development group. He was also assigned to assist in documenting some of our complex functions, such as the system student degree applicability function.
Philip has demonstrated his abilities through adapting quickly to utilize the department’s analysis tools and adhering to our standards of practices and procedures. He has very strong analysis skills and is able to quickly work through the existing code to identify the source of a problem. His documentation reflects a professional level of writing for both technical usage and for user level.
